After twenty years, which does not happen often, the complete locking mechanism of the door had failed. Entering the house was no longer possible even with the emergency key; we are talking about a total loss. Fortunately, we could get into the house through the garage. On Monday, I called Fa. Schimanski regarding a possible appointment. What can I say, on the same day the technician (Andreas Müller) came. THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE !!!! TOP !!! Due to the "total loss," the lock had to be drilled out and the door removed. The technician (Andreas Müller) handled everything very, very professionally and neatly :-) TOP - TOP Additionally, I had an electronic door lock from ABUS installed. Absolutely recommendable: fast, customer-friendly, professional Andreas Müller has already helped us out of a difficult situation twice and was super competent in doing so. In both cases, he was with us in Staffel within 20 minutes. The door had to be opened and the lock replaced. We received excellent advice; he transparently showed us the costs before starting the work. In the second case, the lock malfunctioned and the door could no longer be opened. Here too, we were helped quickly and professionally. The door and lock remained intact - even though we were warned that scratches and damage could occur. Very good work!
